Project Management
Renovations can be stressful, especially if you're trying to manage every aspect yourself. We can help you plan and execute your renovations, with a focus on quality work and excellent customer service, so you can maintain your peace of mind. We can also work within your budget and help you to find less expensive options, if money is tight.
Design
Planning your project generally includes some level of design. With an eye for detail and the knowledge of how construction comes together, we can help you design and create a product that you will be proud to show off.
Drafting
Drafting can be done in-house, using AutoCAD, keeping costs lower.
Permit Writing
We have extensive experience submitting building permit applications in various cities throughout the Lower Mainland. We can manage all aspects of applications, from requesting existing site drawings, to drafting proposed drawings, filling out the necessary forms and submitting everything to the city.
Construction
While we contract out various aspects of projects and rely on the expertise of our sub-trades, we also have the ability to take on certain project, or aspects of projects, in-house. If you have small projects that need completing, we may be able to assist you and if you have larger projects we may be able to help you reduce costs.
