Zoono contains purified, deionized water & a quaternary ammonium compound, commonly used in products such as toothpaste, cosmetics and soaps. The product is gentle for humans and animals, but it's deadly for many bacteria, viruses and fungi, including Covid-19.
Zoono is water-based and does not contain alcohol. The suggested period between use, for most applications, is 30 days.
When applied to a surface, Zoono leaves behind a mono-molecular layer that permanently bonds to the surface. These molecules are silane-based polymers that covalently bond to the surface, forming a barrier of positively charged microscopic pins. These pins attract and pierce negatively charged microorganisms. The pins rupture the cell walls. This causes the microorganisms to break up.
